WARRANTIES

Eazybikes

All Eazybikes branded E-Bikes come with a 2 year warranty on the frame & 12 months on all other parts including the battery. This warranty does not include wearable parts.

Examples of wearable parts are tyres, tubes, brake pads spokes.

This is void if it becomes apparent the bike has been modified or tampered with in any way that was not advised by Eazybikes or the instruction manual provided with the bike.

Small scratches or any paint blemishes will not be covered under warranty.

All kids off-road range comes with a 6 month warranty.

All E-Scooters come with a 12 month warranty.

The applicable period for the Warranty begins from the purchase date of the product from Eazybikes. The Warranty does not apply if the product is being used as a courier vehicle (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc). This warranty is not transferable if the unit is sold to a third party. All bikes come mostly assembled when shipped with the exception of handlebars, pedals & front wheel being fitted. We highly recommend having the bike inspected and/or assembled by your local bike shop if you are not confident.

All our e-bikes come with a 12 month warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display) and also 2 year warranty on the bike frame.
Apart from manufacturing defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tyres, brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty but maybe replaced on a case by case basis within the first 6 months.
An outgoing goods inspection is always carried out before the goods are delivered, but we recommend that you inspect the delivered goods after you receive them. Should you notice any damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the next steps with you.
If you notice any packaging and/or transport damage on delivery, we ask you to have this confirmed in writing by the carrier upon delivery and to notify us.  We recommend that you keep the damaged packaging as evidence wherever possible.
