At Eazy Bikes AU, we pride ourselves on providing first-class service and ensuring you are completely satisfied with your e-bike, scooter, or dirt bike purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, and free from any dirt or damage.

All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@eazybikesau.com or message us on WhatsApp at +61 401 885 391.
Once your return request is evaluated and approved, please send your item(s) to our physical store: Eazy Bikes AU Unit 1/12 Farrall Road Midvale WA 6056
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Sale, clearance, or discounted items

Gift cards

Helmets or safety gear that has been worn

Custom-ordered or heavily modified vehicles
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed by our team, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Shipped Products & Return Shipping Costs
Once an order has been shipped, it is still eligible for a return within the 30-day window. However, the customer is entirely responsible for paying all shipping and freight costs associated with returning the item. Given the size and weight of electric bikes and scooters, please be aware that return freight can be costly.
7. The Refund Process
Once we have received and fully inspected your return at our Midvale store, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or declined.

If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It can take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider (e.g., Afterpay/Zip) to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us urgently at info@eazybikesau.com.
